All sales are final
All purchases are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives defective or we made an error. Please review product details before completing your order.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact page. Include a brief description of the issue along with supporting photographs or video so we can properly review the claim.If the defect or fulfillment error is verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped after your purchase date. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. All items are made to order through our production partner.
Drops
Some items are released as limited drops or pre-orders. Pre-order items generally ship within 2-4 weeks from the purchase date. If delay occu, customers will be notified via email.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed for a pre-order item, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
